Peel Estate Wines is the perfect location for an outdoor wedding. Our beautiful grounds and vineyard backdrop offer endless opportunities for the perfect setting for your special day by offering a unique alternative to the standard wedding locations. 

Situated in the country surrounds of Karnup, the grounds are a blank canvas to host the outdoor wedding of your dreams. The grounds are maintained with your wedding needs in mind, and the photographic opportunities are countless.

We let you bring in your own caterers, food trucks, hire companies and decorators to make the day individually yours. Celebrate under the shade of the beautiful Tuart tress with a few of our wine barrels as drink tables or bring in a marquee for something more formal.

Ceremony Only – up to 50 guests - $1500 (receive $750 worth of wine)

Ceremony Only – 50-100 guests - $2000 (receive $1000 worth of wine)

Ceremony Only - over 100 guests - $2500 (receive $1250 worth of wine)

Ceremony and Reception – up to 50 guests - $2000 (receive $500 worth of wine)

Ceremony and Reception – 50-100 guests - $2500 (receive $1000 worth of wine)

Ceremony and Reception – over 100 guests - $3000 (receive $1500 worth of wine)

• Private use of our lower picnic grounds overlooking Peel Estate’s picturesque vineyard for your wedding ceremony, reception, or both – between the hours of 10am and 5pm any day of the week (closed Christmas Day and Good Friday).
•  An allocated dollar amount of Peel Estate wines for use on your Wedding Day or to be taken away to be used as you choose. We invite you to enjoy a tasting at the cellar door prior to your Wedding date to taste and select your wines which will include a 10% discount on your wine choices. Wine selection and payment to be finalised no later than 10 days prior to your booked date.
• Creative license to setup and style your special day! The order of the day, your celebrants, decorators, caterers and other suppliers are entirely your decision, and we are open to your imaginative ideas (within reason)!  
• Access to the Peel Estate Wines Function Coordinator to help with any queries and planning. 
• Access to the grounds prior to your wedding for rehearsal – this must be booked in with the Function Coordinator. We recommend having your rehearsal close to the date of your wedding, preferably at the same time of day so you are aware of the position of the sun for photos and your own comfort on the day.
• Access to the grounds for your wedding photos – we do ask that your group remain within the boundaries of the picnic area as the vines are a quarantined area.
• Use of power (standard GPO) in the BBQ area and the front of the winery building if required.
• Use of wine barrels for drinks tables and wedding props.
• Ample free on-site parking, disabled parking and ground access for you and your guests.
• Access to on-site amenities, including disabled and ambulatory toilets and baby change facilities. 
• Provision for rubbish disposal and removal.

Please note: your booking does NOT include marquees, chairs, tables, sound systems, decorations, catering, serving staff, kitchen facilities, glasses, crockery, cutlery, linen etc. Please make other arrangements for these items or bring them with you.
